These terms apply when you use YTSave4K. Please read them alongside our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the downloader.

Permitted use

YTSave4K helps prepare supported video and audio files. A video being publicly accessible does not give you permission to download or reuse it. You are responsible for checking that your request and intended use are authorized.

  • Only request content that you are authorized to download and use under applicable law and relevant platform terms.
  • Do not use the service to infringe copyright, evade access restrictions, or obtain private content without authorization.
  • Keep your own copy of any file you need. Prepared files are temporary and are not a backup or storage service.
  • Do not interfere with the service, upload malicious input, or attempt to access another user’s download jobs.

Fair use limits

Requests are limited to protect server capacity, and playlist batches are capped at 50 selected items. Unavailable entries can be skipped. Do not bypass rate limits, overload the service with automated requests, or resell access without permission.

Availability

Available formats depend on the source. Estimated file sizes can differ from final output, and higher quality settings cannot improve a lower quality original. Downloads may fail because of source restrictions, network problems, or changes to third-party services. We may limit, change, or suspend features when needed to operate the site.

Liability

The service is provided as available, without a promise that every link will work or that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses resulting from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms when the service changes. The date shown on this page identifies the latest revision. Review the terms before continuing to use the site after an update.

Rights to videos, music, images, and other source material remain with their respective owners. YTSave4K does not grant permission to download, redistribute, or publish someone else’s work. Follow YouTube’s Terms of Service as well as applicable law.

If you own rights to material you believe is being misused through this service, email [email protected] with the subject “Copyright report”. Please include:

  • Your name, contact email, and whether you are the rights holder or an authorized representative.
  • A description of the work and a link that helps identify the original material.
  • The specific YTSave4K URL or download reference involved, the source URL, and a description of your concern.
  • A statement explaining your authority to report the issue and why you believe the use is unauthorized.

We review reports and may ask for clarification before taking appropriate action within our service. We cannot remove a video from YouTube or delete copies already saved to someone’s device. For material hosted on YouTube, use YouTube’s own copyright reporting process as well. Do not submit claims you know are false.
